Schedule release: Jaguars open season with two home games, travel to London, face champs

Jaguars fans should hope for a hot September.

The NFL released its schedule for the coming season Tuesday night and the Jaguars are opening with two home games at EverBank Field. The Jaguars will kick off their 21st season against Carolina at 1 p.m. on Sept. 13. A date against Miami looms at 4:05 p.m. the following Sunday.

The NFL also gave the Jaguars a regular-season game under the lights in prime time. The Jaguars will play on national TV once, hosting Tennessee on Thursday, Nov. 19.

The schedule is also highlighted by the team's third game in London.
