Denard Robinson wanted to pick up Sunday where he left off last week against Indianapolis.
The Jaguars running back got 75 yards in 14 carries last week against the Colts while filling in for injured T.J. Yeldon.
With Yeldon inactive with a knee injury Sunday, Robinson got his first start of the season against Atlanta, but he wasn’t able to duplicate his success against Indy.
He gained only 28 yards in 14 carries for an average of two yards a carry. Quarteback Blake Bortles had six runs for 44 yards and a touchdown and was the team’s leading rusher in a 23-17 loss to the Falcons.
