The Jacksonville Jaguars have won 12 games for the first time in 20 years. Liam Coen is a legitimate candidate for NFL Coach of the Year, and Trevor Lawrence is having a career season. Oh, and their defense, led by Anthony Campanile, is among the best in the NFL.
This is a long-winded way to say that Coen's first year with the Jags has been a resounding success. But don't tell Richard Sherman, who's doing his best to avoid giving them praise. The issue is that he's running out of excuses to acknowledge that Jacksonville is on a hot streak, so he just came up with a baffling take to avoid doing so.
