Report: Jaguars set to hire Ravens assistant DL coach Sterling Lucas

According to a report from The Athletic’s Jeff Zrebiec, the Jaguars are set to hire yet another Baltimore Ravens defensive assistant.

This time, according to Zrebiec, the Jaguars will be hiring Ravens assistant defensive line coach Sterling Lucas. The Jaguars are also expected to hire Baltimore’s defensive line coach Joe Cullen to replace Todd Wash as the team’s defensive coordinator.

It is not yet clear what role Lucas will have with the Jaguars’ staff, though it can be assumed he will work closely with Cullen as he has done in the past on the defensive side of the football.
