While the Jaguars prepare for the draft next week, there is a chance that they’ll enter it with more than the 12 picks they already possess.
According to a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Jaguars have been involved in trade discussions centered around franchise running back Leonard Fournette. Last season, Fournetted accounted for 1,674 yards from scrimmage, the most by any Jaguars player, and was the focal point of the team.
Fournette has been in the news recently for his appeal for the team to sign former Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton even with quarterback Gardner Minshew II at the helm.
