Rapid Reaction: Too many mistakes for the young Jaguars in loss

The Jacksonville Jaguars are 2-6 following a tough 28-23 loss to the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium. The game came down to the wire, but that was mostly due to the erratic play of the offense, which looked sensational at times but also produced three turnovers with two coming in the final quarter.

On top of the struggles of quarterback Blake Bortles and the offense, were the special teams deficiency. Cornerback Nick Marshall was asked to return a punt following a three-and-out by the Jets in the fourth quarter when he muffed the return and turned the ball over to New York.
