Rapid Reaction: Defensive failures continue to haunt Bradley's Jaguars

Consistency is important in the NFL. Unfortunately for the Jacksonville Jaguars defense, being consistently outmatched and outperformed doesn't win you ball games.

Sunday's 38-27 loss to the New Orleans Saints was more of the same from a unit that is in serious need of a makeover. The Jaguars gave up 122 rushing yards to a running back that had been out of the league for three years and allowed Drew Brees (despite a painful foot injury) and Brandin Cooks to play catch, connecting on five passes for 123 yards and a touchdown.

The defense allowed six scoring drives and could have given up more had Saints kicker Kai Forbath hit all three of his field goals.
