There’s no way to sugarcoat this but the Jacksonville Jaguars weren’t very good in 2020. To their credit, they knew they couldn’t settle for half measures and that they needed to make significant changes from top to bottom if they wanted to turn things around. They started by giving Doug Marrone the pink slip and hiring Urban Meyer as the head coach and Tren Baalke as the general manager.
