The Jacksonville Jaguars play their 2019 preseason finale on Thursday evening, which is likely to once again feature a large chunk of the roster not playing in the game. I think right now, the front office more or less knows what they’re final 53-man roster is going to be with Thursday being able to break some ties depending on how the game goes. I know Ryan has been making his guesses at the roster, but the day before the finale I wanted to give my projection.
I do not think the Jaguars keep three quarterbacks on their 53, even with Minshew being a rookie.
