Would Jaguars general manager Dave Caldwell take a swing at perhaps the biggest risk-reward player in the draft? Green-Beckham has elite traits, but comes with tons of off-the-field baggage. He left for the NFL the minimum of three years after high school, despite not playing last season after transferring to Oklahoma. He was kicked out of Missouri for numerous issues.
