Still, every season a bunch of playoff teams can’t get back over the hump to return to the tournament the following year. So, which of the 12 playoff teams from last year seem to be in the most danger?
We will exclude Washington and Houston from this list. They are too obvious: Both went 9-7 and won lousy divisions. The Texans will have to deal with Indianapolis quarterback Andrew Luck again, and the Redskins should be surpassed by a healthy Dallas squad.
Here are four teams that all won at least 12 games last year that could find themselves scrambling by December.
