The Jacksonville Jaguars defense embarrassed themselves in the sweltering heat in TIAA Bank Field on Sunday in the team’s 40-26 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Between getting beat for chunk plays early on and shooting themselves in the foot with bonehead penalties after getting stops, it capped off with middle linebacker and captain Myles Jack getting ejected from the game for throwing a punch at a Chiefs player.
“First and foremost, I have to apologize to my team and the city of Jacksonville because that is not how we conduct ourselves in any way,” Jack said to the media after the game.
