The Jacksonville Jaguars selected ex-LSU running back Leonard Fournette with their first-round pick in the NFL draft Thursday, fourth overall.
Although he did not have such a strong season in 2016, Fournette’s overall grade of 96.1 in 2015 is the highest earned by a running back over the past three years.
While he ranked low with an average of 2.84 yards after contact in 2016, he averaged 3.65 yards after contact in 2015, 18th in college football that year.
He broke 95 tackles in 2015, which is the second-most by a running back in a single season over the past three years.
