Julius Thomas injured in practice, leaves with sprained ankle

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Julius Thomas didn't finish the first padded practice on Tuesday, leaving early with a sprained ankle according to many of the media covering the event. That makes the second offensive player to pick up an injury early in training camp, joining Marqise Lee, but hopefully Thomas didn't suffer the dreaded high ankle sprain.

Thomas missed a good chunk of last season after being signed in free agency with a hand injury, which led to him getting off to a very slow start and struggling to develop chemistry with quarterback Blake Bortles.
