John Wolford release offers massive insight into Jaguars' quarterback plans

The Jacksonville Jaguars are wasting no time reducing their roster to a 53-man roster after the preseason finale. They've already made a flurry of moves and will continue to release players ahead of cutdown day.

As expected, the Jags cut ties with quarterback John Wolford. Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reported the news. This wasn't particularly surprising when you take into account that the Jags were projected to keep two quarterbacks in 2025. On the other hand, the move paves the way for Seth Henigan to make the practice squad.
