Ramsey, 6-1, 209, started all 41 games of his three-year career with the Florida States Seminoles, earning All-America honors each season. In college, Ramsey combined for 180 tackles (119 solo), 23 passes defensed, 15 tackles for a loss, five sacks, three interceptions, three forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries.
