Jaguars Weekly Superlatives: Week 4

More From Editorials

The Jags’ 16-13 loss to the Colts on Sunday was inexcusable — the Jaguars played better than the Colts, but they gave the game away. Having said that, there were some great performances from several players for the Jags in this matchup.

MVP: Blake Bortles — Bortles has been the most consistent player on the offense in his second year, and that continued to be the story this week. Bortles through for 298 yards and a touchdown with no interceptions against the Colts. While, he and the entire offense have struggled to put up points in the second half of games this season, Bortles has shown that he has what it takes to be a good quarterback in this league, throwing six touchdowns to three interceptions and averaging 249 passing yards a game.
