Aaron Wilson is reporting that the Jaguars have placed TE E.J. Bibbs on waivers Monday.
Bibbs, 25, originally signed on with the Browns as an undrafted free agent out of Iowa State back in May of 2015. He managed to make the 53-man roster during his rookie season but was cut loose last October and later added to the Browns’ practice squad.
After being released by Cleveland, Biggs joined the Jaguars’ practice squad.
In 2016, Bibbs appeared in seven games for the Jaguars and caught one pass for seven yards receiving and no touchdowns.
