- QB Blake Bortles was superb for the second week running. Bortles earned an overall PFF grade of 84.5, the best by a quarterback on Sunday. He was excellent throwing the ball downfield against the Texans as he threw for 114 yards on passes targeted 20 plus yards downfield which was more than any other quarterback.
