Jacksonville has allowed the 10th-most targets and 5th-most yards to tight ends this season. David Njoku (6/91/2) and Isaiah Likely (5/70/1) recently had strong performances against the Jaguars sans safety Andre Cisco. Cisco was limited in practice this week, so he could suit up and make an impact, but I can still imagine Baker Mayfield fitting a ball to Cade Otton over Jacksonville’s linebackers at least once this game.
