The Jaguars TV ratings didn’t drop the way they did last year after they lost their opening game.
The Jaguars-Miami game was viewed in 164,000 households, the same number that watched the Jaguars lose their opener to the Carolina Panthers.
The ratings (percentage of TVs tuned into the game) was identical to the rating for the first game -- 24.9. The share (percentage of TV sets turned on that tuned into the game) – dropped slightly from 44 to 40.
The ratings for both the first two games were higher than any rating the Jaguars got last year.
