Jaguars trade back and take James Sample in 4th round

CHICAGO --- The Jacksonville Jaguars have added another safety to the mix after also adding a draft pick.

The team traded the 103rd overall pick to the New York Jets and collected the 104th overall pick and an extra pick in the seventh round.

Jacksonville selected Louisville safety James Sample in the fourth round. He will now compete with Sergio Brown for snaps at free safety.

The Jaguars still have four picks remaining.

The Jets selected Baylor quarterback Bryce Petty with the 103rd overall pick acquired in the trade.
