JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- While most NFL Draft pundits have pointed to Florida's Dante Fowler as the likely pick for the Jacksonville Jaguars, a tweet by Associated Press writer Mark Long has thrown water on those predictions:
Long's wording makes it sound like Jacksonville will definitely pass on the pass rusher. Fowler, who is considered a likely Top 5 pick, may have other suitors that will be licking their lips if he gets past Jacksonville.
According to NBC 4 reporter Dianna Marie Russini, the Redskins are hoping that Fowler falls to the fifth overall pick on Thursday.
