The Jaguars’ defensive coordinator search, now in its second week, will continue today when the team interviews former Miami secondary coach/interim defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo.
Anarumo will be the second candidate interviewed by coach Gus Bradley; Atlanta assistant Marquand Manuel was in Jacksonville Tuesday.
Unlike last year’s offensive coordinator search, when the Jaguars’ search was extended because they wanted to talk to an assistant on a playoff team, a source said that’s not the case this year.
Bradley is looking for a new defensive coordinator after firing Bob Babich Jan. 5.
Anarumo, 49, was with the Dolphins the previous four years, his first NFL job.
