The Jacksonville Jaguars will have the same look as it did last season at this time when it was decided this morning that general manager David Caldwell and head coach Doug Marrone were both retained for next season.
The decision made by team owner Shad Khan was explained in a statement he released through the Jaguars public relations department. As it is understood, the entire coaching staff under Marrone has been retained and both he and Caldwell will report directly to the team’s owner.
The position of Executive Vice-President of Football Operations that was created for Tom Coughlin prior to the 2017 season until he was fired prior to Christmas has been eliminated.
