The Jaguars passed on making a pick in today’s NFL Supplemental Draft … they have never made a selection in franchise history.
It means the Jaguars will enter training camp with all seven of 2016 picks intact (one in each round).
The only player selected was Clemson offensive tackle Isaiah Battle, who went to St. Louis in the fifth round. The Rams will not have a fifth-round pick in next year’s common draft.
Battle was one of seven players available to select by NFL teams and the most highly-regarded prospect even though his history off the field is checkered, including a marijuana possession citation last month.
