Jaguars sign second-round pick T.J. Yeldon to four-year contract

The Jaguars have one remaining unsigned draft pick after signing second-round running back T.J. Yeldon to a four-year contract today.

Yeldon signed the deal after the Jaguars’ second OTA practice.

Only third-round guard A.J. Cann isn’t under contract among the Jaguars’ eight picks.

Yeldon is the highest second-round pick to sign. At No. 36, his slotted signing bonus is $2,960,928 and his 2015 salary cap number is $1,075,282.

“It feels good – it’s been a dream since I was little to be in the NFL,” Yeldon said. “I knew I was signing. I talked to my agent last night about it and he told me it would happen today.
