The Jaguars signed linebacker Hayes Pullard to the active roster on Wednesday.
Pullard was on Cleveland's practice squad. The Browns selected the rookie out of Southern California in the seventh round before cutting him.
The 6-foot-1, 240-pound Pullard started 39 games for the Trojans and took part in January's Senior Bowl. He did not play for the South roster, coached by Gus Bradley and the Jaguars staff.
The Jaguars cut linebacker James-Michael Johnson after signing him on Oct. 5.
