FOXBOROUGH, MA. – Tom was terrific.
Blake was blah.
The Jaguars had to find a way to slow down New England quarterback Tom Brady, but had little success in a 51-17 loss Sunday at Gillette Stadium. On the other side, Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles found little success until garbage time.
Brady was dominant from the start, leading the Patriots to scores on all four of their first-half possessions. New England took a 20-3 lead into halftime, as Brady completed 17 of 23 passes for 202 yards.
Brady threw his 400th career touchdown on a 1-yard pass to receiver Danny Amendola with 18 seconds left in the first half.
