Jaguars owner Shad Khan continues to act and plan big even though his franchise resides in the National Football League’s third-smallest market.

The latest chapter was unveiled Friday with impressive renderings of the recently-underway stadium renovation the Jaguars hope will convince more fans to buy pricier club-seat tickets.

The price of those tickets wasn’t disclosed during the Jaguars’ State of the Franchise presentation, but president Mark Lamping said the overall average ticket price will go up 3.6 percent this year.

“We think it’s not only necessary, but it’s the best plan,” Lamping said.

The Jaguars’ ticket plan was part of Lamping’s 45-minute PowerPoint exhibit that included updates on the local revenue, fan support and television ratings.
