Jaguars' run game needed a patient

Jaguars running back Chris Ivory remained in a local hospital Monday for what a team spokesperson continued to call a “medical issue,” and said his status for Sunday’s game in San Diego is “in question.”

Ivory was taken by ambulance from the team’s downtown hotel around 3 a.m. Sunday, 10 hours before the Jaguars kicked off against Green Bay.

Coach Gus Bradley said he had spoken to Ivory multiple times.

“He was down, obviously, not being able to play in the game,” Bradley said Monday. “He just wants to get better.”

Asked if Ivory could miss extended time, Bradley said: “I wish I could say.
