The Jaguars ruled running back T.J. Yeldon and linebacker Telvin Smith out for Sunday’s finale at Houston following Friday’s practice.
Yeldon will finish the season missing the last three games with a knee injury. The rookie leads the Jaguars in rushing with 740 yards. He also added 279 yards receiving.
Smith’s second season closes with him missing the final two games with a shoulder injury. Smith leads the team with 128 tackles. He also has 2 ½ sacks and an interception.
The Jaguars also ruled out defensive tackle Abry Jones (knee).
Right tackle Jermey Parnell is considered questionable with a hamstring injury.
