Jaguars Roster Moves: WR Sterling signed to active roster, KR Grant to IR

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Jaguars made several roster moves on Tuesday.

The team elevated wide receiver Neal Sterling from the practice squad and placed wide receiver Tony Washington and running back Corey Grant on injured reserve.

Sterling was waived during final cuts and spent the first six weeks on the practice squad. He was a seventh round pick in this year's NFL Draft, but only played in the fourth and final preseason game due to a hamstring injury. The 6-foot-3, 240-pound receiver from Monmouth with be counted on due to injuries to Allen Robinson and Marqise Lee.
