Jaguars rookie Neal Sterling hopes to quickly make transition to NFL

Since Dave Caldwell arrived in January 2013 to rebuild the Jaguars, their draft philosophy has been focused almost entirely on major college football programs.

Twenty-three of Caldwell’s 25 selections in three drafts have been from Football Bowl Subdivision schools, a wildly different approach than the previous regime that was criticized for too often reaching into the small college ranks.
