JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The football headlines on the First Coast have mostly revolved around injuries to Jacksonville Jaguars rookies. However, one of the team's draft picks is earning plenty of buzz in the locker room and on the field.
Defensive lineman Michael Bennett was a sixth round pick of the Jaguars last month and has since earned the respect of the coaching staff and his peers. The rookie won a National Championship earlier this year with the Ohio State Buckeyes and so far he shown the maturity of a champion.
"He caught on very fast and the speed of practice is not too fast for him.
