Teams have to walk through a delicate balance in training camp. They must push players hard but must also prioritize their health and ensure they start the regular season in the best possible shape. But despite their best efforts, clubs are always going to have injuries. For instance, the Jacksonville Jaguars are without cornerback Montaric Brown and offensive guard Patrick Meraki. The former suffered a leg injury, and the latter is dealing with back spasms. Then again, neither injury is as serious as the one the Indianapolis Colts just sustained.
Stephen Holder of ESPN reports that Colts cornerback Jaylon Jobs went down in practice and was immediately carted off the field.
