Running back T.J. Yeldon did not practice Wednesday as the Jaguars begin preparing for Sunday's game against Buffalo in London's Wembley Stadium.
The rookie missed Sunday's 31-20 loss to Houston with a groin injury sustained in a loss to Tampa Bay on Oct. 11.
Strong safety Johnathan Cyprien (calf) also did not practice, as well as receiver Allen Hurns (thigh), receiver Marqise Lee (hamstring), free safety James Sample (shoulder) and defensive end Chris Clemons (rest).
Receiver Allen Robinson (lower leg contusion) practiced Wednesday in limited fashion. Tight end Julius Thomas (rib contusion) was a full participant.
