The Jaguars continue to rise in the latest NFL Power Poll as does their cult hero quarterback.
In his most recent story for FanSided.com, Matt Verderame continues to move Gardner Minshew up the list of starting quarterbacks in the NFL. This week, the rookie sensation comes in 18th in the league, four spots higher than where he was last week.
It was Minshew’s arm and Leonard Fournette’s legs that engineered a 26-24 come-from-behind win over the Denver Broncos on the road. While Fournette set a personal record for yards on the ground with 225, it was Minshew who threw a touchdown pass in the third quarter to give Jacksonville a 20-17 lead.
