Overview: Coming out of the University of Central Flordia, most thought Blake would be a early second round prospect behind Johnny Manziel, Teddy Bridgewater, and Derek Carr, which was why he was considered a reach pick at number 5 by the Jags. Those critics were thought to be proven right when Bortles had a horrific rookie season, throwing for only 2,000+ yards and an 11/17 TD-INT ratio.
