JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- The Jacksonville Jaguars have added a new quarterback to the team's roster.
The Jaguars have been awarded quarterback Jeff Tuel off waivers from the Buffalo Bills. The team waived quarterback Jake Waters in a corresponding move.
Tuel was waived by the Bills on Friday. He spent the last two seasons with Buffalo, mostly assigned to the team's practice squad. He appeared in two games as a rookie in 2013.
In his two appearances on an NFL field, the Boca Raton native completed 26-of-59 passes for 309 passing yards, one touchdown and three interceptions.
