Jaguars paying price for unproductive 2013 draft

The Jaguars 38-27 loss in New Orleans Sunday illustrated the fact that the team has gotten little help from their 2013 draft, the first in the Dave Caldwell-Gus Bradley era.

Their third round pick, cornerback Dwayne Gratz, was inactive for the game, and their fifth round pick, running back Denard Robinson, started but was benched during the game for Jonas Gray, who was recently signed off the Miami practice squad.

And seventh round pick Demetrius McCray lost the nickel job to rookie Nick Marshall although he got back on the field Sunday when Marshall was benched. McGray had three tackles.
