Jaguars owner Shad Khan met with reporters on Friday following the groundbreaking of Daily’s Place, the amphitheater and covered flex field adjacent to EverBank Field.
Khan covered many topics, headlined by how the new venue can be an excellent host for the NFL Draft.
“It could be a great venue for the draft with all the amenities,” Khan said. “We’re going do our utmost [to get it].”

“What this means for the Shipyards is very good, because you have to have some inertia to get something going,” Khan said.
