Jaguars OTA No. 1 wrap-up

After today’s first organized team activity workout, the Jaguars provided an injury report:

*First-round cornerback Jalen Ramsey (right knee) has not received a determination on if he needs surgery to repair his meniscus tear.

The Jaguars disputed the reporting that Ramsey had micro-fracture surgery on his right knee as a high school sophomore. They say the surgery was more minor in nature and was done to repair cartilage.

*Seventh-round defensive end Jonathan Woodard sustained a Achilles’ tendon injury during Phase Two of the off-season program (after he was drafted). The Jaguars didn’t give a timetable, but the Achilles’ is torn and that’s usually season-ending.
