Jaguars Notebook: Bradley sees need for more rushes

Among the Jaguars’ 71 offensive plays in Sunday’s loss to San Diego were only 13 called rushes. Those plays gained 69 yards.

Running back T.J. Yeldon carried a season-low nine times for 36 yards (21 came on one carry).

“To give [Yeldon] the ball more, to give the running backs the ball a little bit more – [I] can see the advantage of that,” coach Gus Bradley said Monday. “When you can run the ball more, it opens up the [play-action] and it allows for more explosive passes.
