Jaguars need to make most of turnovers against Titans, future opponents

Just like three weeks earlier, when Buffalo handed them three turnovers in as many possessions, the Jaguars were in a receiving position last Sunday at Baltimore.

In a span of 15 minutes, 59 seconds, the Ravens threw two interceptions and lost two fumbles.

Unlike the game in London, though, the Jaguars basically said: “No thanks. We’ll win the hard way.” They scored only nine points off those four takeaways, requiring a miracle finish to escape with a 22-20 win.

The Jaguars can’t afford that blip to turn into a disturbing trend Thursday night against Tennessee.

If they are to have a viable/living/breathing season and stay in the AFC South race by improving to 4-6, they must get more out of their takeaways.
