NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Despite breaking multiple team records on offense, the Jacksonville Jaguars suffered their eighth loss of the season to the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.
The 42-39 loss was a back-and-forth scoring exchange that included 11 total touchdowns. A serious contrast from their 19-13 battle in Week 11, the Jaguars and Titans traded big plays throughout the afternoon, but a pair of missed extra points and a bad snap by Jacksonville gave Tennessee the advantage in the end.
The Titans were led by quarterback Marcus Mariota, who completed 20-of-29 passes for 268 passing yards, three touchdowns and one interception.
