Jaguars LB Paul Posluszny cleared for practice

Jaguars linebacker Paul Posluszny has been cleared to practice later today, less than two weeks after breaking his right hand in three places.

The injury happened late in the Week 14 loss at Tennessee. Posluszny had surgery two days later and missed Sunday’s win over Indianapolis. Jordan Tripp started in his place.

Coach Gus Bradley is expected to give an update on Posluszny’s practice participation and availability for Sunday’s game against Atlanta later today.

Posluszny will need to be fitted with a club-like cast, maybe similar to what Houston defensive end J.J. Watt wore against New England Sunday night.
