With the Jacksonville Jaguars struggling at the receiver position, it came as no surprise that James "Intangibly Rich" Gladstone has activated the trade machine. Just hours before the trade deadline on November 4th, the Jaguars swapped a fourth- and sixth-round draft pick for Las Vegas wide receiver Jakobi Meyers. This came just a couple of days after the Jaguars defeated the Raiders 30-29 in overtime.
What does this mean for Jacksonville? Expect to see an immediate improvement in the passing game. Meyers is coming off his best season in 2024, where he caught 87 balls for 1,027 yards and four touchdowns.
