Jaguars interview Jim Schwartz ... who's reportedly joining Eagles

Per a report by Fox Sports, the Jaguars are interviewing Jim Schwartz for their vacant defensive coordinator post.

A source told the Times-Union last week that Schwartz was tentatively scheduled to be in Jacksonville this week to meet with coach Gus Bradley.

Schwartz is the third outside candidate to be interviewed, joining Atlanta secondary coach Marquand Manuel (last Tuesday) and Miami secondary coach Lou Anarumo (last Thursday).

The Jaguars have been looking for a defensive coordinator since firing Bob Babich Jan. 5.

Schwartz, 49, was 29-51 as Detroit’s head coach and was out of the league in 2015 after serving as Buffalo’s defensive coordinator in 2014.
