Jaguars In Review: A look at the win over Tennessee

The Jaguars’ red-zone offensive production was awful Thursday night against Tennessee … except for one play. And coordinator’s Greg Olson best call of the game helped them escape with a 19-13 win.

The situation: The Jaguars had first-and-goal from the 5-yard line after Rashad Greene’s 63-yard punt return with 3:30 remaining.

Olson emptied the backfield. On the right, running back T.J. Yeldon lined up wide and tight end Julius Thomas was in the wing position (two-point stance). Lined up on the left side were receivers Marqise Lee, Allen Hurns and Allen Robinson.

Because of the “Trips Left” look, safety Michael Grififn needed to shade to that side, which meant man coverage for Thomas.
